Blender Bev Day 3

I have to begin that these have been the easiest three days so far.  I actually look forward to creating some fun in my blender.  I am not experiencing any side effects what-so-ever.  I am not jittery or shaky, just very alert and energetic.  It makes me want to move!  I made my drink today after lunch again and that was probably a mistake because I did snack on a some potato chips with lunch.  Potato chips are a thorn in my side.  I didn’t feel like indulging in chips when I made the drink at breakfast, so this will be an alteration to my agenda tomorrow.

I haven’t changed the recipe much because it honestly tastes great.  Again I just altered a few ingredients.

  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of micro greens
  • Handful of pea shoots
  • 2 Kale leaves minus stems
  • 1 small carrot
  • Splash of aloe vera 
  • Filtered water

Down the hatch!

One really big word of advice…drink water!  I would probably be in big trouble if I weren’t drinking water.
