This has honestly been the easiest and most rewarding self experiment I have ever done, and I have done many. I would say that this is a sad day because it is the official last day, but it isn’t because I will continue to make these as often as I like. The great news is that my teenager is on board and my two smaller children have decided they like the idea as well.
My final blender beverage experiment was not much different from the past creations. (If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it). I just threw in whatever I had in my refrigerator and “poof” a nutrient cocktail. This is the last for my experiment, but definitely not the last in my lifetime.
I hope you all will be encouraged to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet every day! They are so delicious to eat, but if you are pressed for time or you don’t particularly like to eat them – drink them!
- 1 Large Swiss Chard leaf minus stem
- Handful of Arugula
- 2 Kale leaves minus the stem
- A few sprigs of Parsley
- 1 C. Rainbow Carrots
- 1 Pear
- 1 Small Apple
- Splash of Aloe Vera
- Coconut Water
- Filtered Water
